truFable is a US Kubernetes startup that watches application, security and deployment pipelines. Operators needed pipeline state and policy in one screen.

They wanted teams to sign up, set policy and manage billing without leaving the product for a wiki.

Objective

• Make pipeline state and policy visible without turning the UI into documentation.

• Keep Git hosting, team and plan next to the work.

Approach

• UX and UI design for a SaaS dashboard of counts plus latest builds, then a console on the run.

• Project stepper for application, audit, vulnerability and deployment.

• Same ignore / warn / stop control on every severity.

• Settings for Git connections, team and plan.

Impact

• Policy sits on the project, not in a second app.

• Operators get a place to act, not only a chart.
