Parcero means "partner" in LATAM Spanish—and that's exactly what we are. We don't stop at the CV. We design, build and market for a living, so we know what "senior" actually looks like in a developer, a designer or a marketer—and we ask the questions a recruiter can't. Every candidate we send you has cleared the same bar we set for our own team.

Interviews made
Hiring remote talent is broken. Recruiters who've never built anything. CVs stuffed with keywords. Three rounds of interviews to discover the "senior" hire isn't. Platforms that lock you in and bill you every month, forever. We're here to put an end to this. We're a full-service digital agency. We've spent years hiring our own team across Latin America—developers, designers, marketers, automation engineers—and learned what actually predicts whether someone can do the work. Now we run that process for you. Then you get the person, you own the contract, and we get out of the way.
How it works
Tell us the role. We shortlist from talent we've already sourced and spoken to—usually within 72 hours. First screen for fit and rate, then a live technical test for developers or a portfolio and craft review for designers. You interview the two or three who make it through. Move fast on your side and you can have someone hired inside a week.
Why we're different
Most recruiters screen on keywords because that's all they can do. We've shipped the websites, the apps, the campaigns—so we know the difference between someone who lists Figma, React or HubSpot and someone who can actually use them. No awkward handoff, no recruiter reading your brief back to you. And we don't keep your hire hostage: no platform, no monthly fees. You own the contract, and we partner with Deel if you want compliance handled.
What it costs
One flat fee of $3,600 per hire. No percentage of salary, no recurring cut, no surprises at month nine. If the person doesn't work out in the first 90 days, we replace them free. And if we can't find the right person, we can build the thing instead—that's our day job.
